Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

- We ship from Eau Claire, WI USA. USA only. No international shipping is available at this time.

-We typically process orders same day-3 business days. Please note item creation time as this will affect when your order arrives. In some but very rare cases, it can take up to 12 business days to process an order. 

*NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

-Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. if you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk mail. 

-If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately with your order number in the subject line at simplybricreative@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it had shipped.

-Please review and ensure that you have provided the correct Name and Shipping Address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will ask that you purchase shipping postage again and we will resend it to the correct address.

LOCAL PICKUP:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup within the Eau Claire area (54701-54703). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days (after creation time has been allowed). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with confirmation for delivery time and address.
